Most Favored Nations from WTO

International trade relations among countries is longstanding. These relations have existed since the existence of states in the sense of nation-state, which forms the initial state in the modern sense. These countries struggle to gain independence and control (control) to the international economy has forced these countries to conduct trade relations established with other countries. History proves that international trade plays a very incisive in creating prosperity throughout the nation, but on the other side of international trade and investment can also be devastating to the nation so that eventually became the colony. Therefore we need to act very carefully. In the field of international trade, interdependence again unavoidable at this point, especially in the 21st century. World Trade Organization (WTO) as an international trade organization is expected to bridge the interests of all countries in world trade in the sector through the provisions agreed on. WTO is intended to produce conditions that are reciprocal and mutual benefit so that all countries can draw benefits. Through the WTO, launched a trading model in which the activities of trade among countries is expected to run smoothly. In principal, the World Trade Organization (WTO) is a means to bring about a free trade in an orderly and fair in this world. In performing its duties to promote the creation of free trade, the World Trade Organization (WTO) to impose certain principles that became the pillars of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Most important among these principles are as follows: Principles of Protection Through Rates, Principles of National Treatment, Most Favored Nations principle, principle of reciprocity (Mutual), Principles of Quantitative Restrictions Prohibition. The principle of Most Favored Nations is the basic principle (main) which states that a WTO trade policy should be implemented on the basis of nondiscrimination, all countries should be treated on an equal basis and all countries enjoy the benefits of a trade policy.
