Expenditures of the import goods customs (port) without physical inspection of goods and documents, after the determination of governments on the priority lane Importer.
To make the determination of these pathways, there are requirements and criteria to be met. So the Customs cannot be arbitrary in fixing the path. The criteria include:
Red Line:
The new importer
Importers are included in the high risk category (high risk importer)
On imported goods, including imported goods while
Operational items Petroleum (BOP) class II
Re-imported goods
Imported goods are exposed to random inspection (Random inspection)
Certain imported goods are set by the government
Imported goods are included in high-risk commodities or derived from high-risk countries
Yellow Line:
If there are deficiencies in the notice of customs documents and documents compliment.
Green Line:
Importer or import that is not included in the criteria for the yellow and red lines
Priority lines:
Importers are set by the government as an importer of a priority lane
